Every project starts with a discovery call.
It is where 360 Space understands what the project needs to do, who is involved, and whether we are the right fit. No brief required. Just a conversation.

05Sending a good brief
How to send a brief that gets a fast, accurate reply
A good brief shortens the time from first message to first render. The most useful things to send are the drawings, a finish list, any references, the views or film you want and where the visuals will be used. If you cannot send everything, send what you have and say what is missing. We flag gaps and ask for the rest.
If your project is at concept stage and the drawings are incomplete, that is fine. Tell us what is decided and what is still open, and we will advise whether to render now or wait. If the design is final, send CAD, BIM, SketchUp or PDF files and tell us the format you prefer to review in.
Messages on WhatsApp are fine for a first contact. For drawings and larger files, email or a link to a shared folder works better. We sign an NDA before you share files, if you ask.
What to include in a first message
- 01A line about the project and its stage
- 02Drawings in any common format
- 03The views, film or tour you need
- 04Where and when the visuals will be used
- 05Your deadline and who signs off

What you can expect back, and when
Once a brief arrives, this is the sequence.
| Step | What happens | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Read | The team checks drawings and flags missing inputs | A short note on what is needed |
| Scope | Camera list, deliverables and timeline are drawn up | A written scope for review |
| Quote | The quote follows from the scope | A quote for your project, not a price list |
| Kick-off | Work starts after approval | A first review date |
07FAQ
Before you send a brief
What happens after I send a brief?
360 Space reviews the drawings, flags missing inputs and replies with a camera list, deliverables, timeline and quote. Work starts once the scope is approved.
How quickly do you reply?
360 Space replies within a day. WhatsApp is usually the fastest channel.
What should I include in my brief?
Include drawings (CAD, BIM, SketchUp or PDF), a finish schedule, references, the views or film you need, where the visuals will be used and your deadline. See files needed for rendering.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We deliver renders, walkthroughs and rendered tours to clients abroad, with online reviews at each stage.
Can I share drawings under NDA?
Yes. We sign an NDA before drawings or files are shared, and white-label work stays confidential.
Can I get pricing if my information is incomplete?
No. 360 Space cannot provide pricing when information is missing. A quote needs the drawings, the views or film you want, the finishes and where the visuals will be used. Send what you have and we will flag what is still needed.
What if my drawings are not final?
360 Space can advise whether to render now or wait. Tell us what is decided and what is open, and we will say which views can be built safely and which are better after the design settles. Rendering unsettled areas can create extra revisions.
Which channel is best for large files?
Email or a shared folder link works best for drawings and large files, while WhatsApp suits quick questions and first contact. 360 Space signs an NDA before you share files, if you ask for one.
