Township and Masterplan 3D Rendering
360 Space delivers township 3D rendering and masterplan rendering for large developments and plotted projects. Aerial views, phasing visuals and plot layouts explain the whole site at a glance.
- plotted land launches
- phase-wise sales
- investor presentations
02What is different
Masterplan visualization explains scale and sequence
A township is sold in phases, often over years. Masterplan visualization from us shows the full vision and the current phase in the same view, so buyers understand what exists, what comes next and where their plot sits.
Plotted development rendering is a special case: there may be no buildings at all, just roads, landscape and amenities. Plot layout rendering then carries the sale.
Aerial camera strategy
- 01One high aerial for the whole township
- 02Lower aerials per phase or cluster
- 03Eye-level views of the entrance and central spine
- 04Connectivity view toward roads and landmarks

01
Township visualization for developments sold over years
A township is not one launch. It is a sequence of phases, plots and amenities sold over years, and buyers need to see both the finished vision and the phase they are being asked to buy. Township 3D rendering from us puts the full masterplan and the current phase in the same aerial, so there is one image for the whole story.
For plotted development rendering, the buyer is often choosing a plot with no building at all. Roads, landscape, entrance and amenities carry the sale, and plot layout rendering must make plot numbers, orientation and adjacencies legible. We build the plot layout as a clean graphic overlay on the rendered site so it stays accurate when plots change.
What a masterplan render must show
- Roads, phases and zones in a readable hierarchy
- The central spine and amenities
- Entrance, gate and arrival
- Plot numbers and orientation where relevant
02
Interactive masterplans and plot selection
A masterplan becomes a sales tool when the buyer can interact with it. We can build an interactive layout where a tap on a plot shows its number, area and orientation, and a tap on an amenity opens its render. Because the layout sits on the rendered aerial, updates to plot availability are an update to the overlay, not a new render. Where the data comes from your system, what updates and how often is agreed in the scope.
Pair the masterplan with a township flythrough for launch events and a route-to-project film for connectivity.
03
How buyers read a township, and what the render should help them see
A township is a place with many parts, and a buyer needs to understand how they fit together. Where is the entrance? How do roads connect the phases? Where are the schools, the shops, the park? Which phase is open now and which is coming later? A masterplan render answers these questions in one image, if it is built to be read and not only admired.
We build masterplan views with a clear hierarchy: the whole site first, then each phase or cluster, then selected places such as the central green or the clubhouse. Roads, landscape and landmarks are labelled where it helps, and colour is used to separate phases or plot types without making the image look like a map.
For plotted developments, where there may be no buildings to show yet, the render focuses on layout, roads, landscape and the feel of the plots. A buyer choosing a plot wants to understand size, orientation, neighbours and access, and the view should help them do it.
Features worth labelling in a masterplan render
- Entrances, internal roads and parking
- Central greens, parks and water features
- Schools, shops and community facilities
- Phase boundaries and expansion areas
- Plot numbers or clusters, where they help sales

Choosing the view for each part of a township project
Large developments need a hierarchy of views.
| Scale | View | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Whole township | High aerial masterplan | Investor decks, website hero, hoardings |
| Phase or cluster | Aerial at lower height | Phase launches, brochures |
| Neighbourhood place | Eye-level or low aerial of green, plaza or clubhouse | Lifestyle story |
| Plot or house | Street view or plot view | Plot selection and unit pages |
| Edge and context | Aerial toward roads and landmarks | Connectivity story |

What a township launch usually builds from the masterplan model
One model of the township supports the whole sales programme.
- Masterplan poster: A large-format image for the site office and events.
- Phase-by-phase visuals: Each phase shown in the context of the whole.
- Flythrough film: An aerial film from entrance to central green and clubhouse.
- Interactive masterplan: A web view where buyers tap a phase or plot for details.
- Plot layout sheets: Clean plot plans for brokers and buyers.
- Update set: Refreshed views when new phases are released.

Questions about township and masterplan 3d rendering
What do you need to render a township masterplan?
360 Space needs the masterplan drawing with roads and plots, the phasing plan, a landscape plan and ideally a site survey or drone footage to render a township masterplan accurately.
Can you show project phasing in renders?
Yes. We render the full build-out and highlight each phase in the same aerial view, so buyers see what is being sold now and what follows.
Do you render plotted developments without buildings?
Yes. We render plotted developments with roads, plot numbering, landscape and amenities, which is often all a plotted sale needs.
Can masterplan renders be combined with drone footage of the site?
Yes. We can place the rendered masterplan onto real drone footage of the site. See CGI on drone footage and route-to-project films.
Can the masterplan render be updated when plots change?
Yes. We keep plot numbering and layout as an overlay on the rendered site, so changes to plots do not require re-rendering the whole masterplan. Larger changes such as new roads or phases are scoped as an update.
Do you render township amenities as well as the aerial?
Yes. We render the clubhouse, central green, entrance gate and other amenities at eye level, so buyers see how the township feels as well as how it is laid out. See clubhouse and amenity rendering.
How do you render a township with many phases?
360 Space builds one model of the whole township and produces views for each phase, so the phases look like parts of one place. Phase boundaries, roads and landscape stay consistent, and new phases can be added to the same model as they are released.
Can a masterplan render help sell individual plots?
Yes. We produce plot-level views and layout sheets from the masterplan model, showing size, orientation, neighbours and access. An interactive masterplan can let buyers tap a plot to see its details, which helps remote buyers choose with confidence.
