02FAQ

Getting started

What does 360 Space do?

We are an Indian 3D visualization studio producing renders, walkthrough films, 360° tours, floor plans, product CGI and RealtyXperience sales platforms. See 3D architectural visualization.

Who do you work with?

We work with real estate developers, architects, interior designers, hotels, material and product brands, marketing agencies and campuses.

How do I start a project?

Send drawings and a short brief through the contact page, WhatsApp or email. We reply with a scope, camera list and quote.

How quickly can a project start?

Start dates at our studio depend on current capacity and how complete the inputs are. Typical lead time: 4 to 5 days after the initial payment and complete details.

Do you take small projects?

We take projects from a single render to full launch kits, so small projects are welcome.

03FAQ

Process

What are the stages of a rendering project?

Every 360 Space project runs through brief, model and cameras, white model, materials and light, revisions and delivery, with a sign-off at each stage. See architectural visualization.

How long does a project take?

Duration depends on scope and feedback speed and is stated in the quote. Typical turnaround is 2 to 4 weeks.

How many revisions are included?

Revision rounds included: 2. We collect consolidated feedback per round to keep changes fast.

What counts as a scope change?

A scope change is a major modeling change or a complete rework of materials and textures after approval. We quote scope changes before starting them.

Can renders be updated after delivery?

Yes. Because we keep the project model, render, tours and film can be updated when the design changes. Updates are quoted according to the changes.

04FAQ

Pricing and payment

How does pricing work?

We quote every project from the brief. Price depends on the number of views, detail, film length, 360° rooms, revisions and deadline. No price lists are published. See what changes a rendering quote.

Do you publish a price list?

No. We quote per project because scope varies widely between projects.

What are the payment terms?

We take 60% as an advance and the remaining 40% two days before delivery.

Can I get an estimate before sending drawings?

Yes. Describe the project and the views or film you need, and we can outline the scope. A firm quote needs the drawings.

05FAQ

Files and formats

What files do you need?

We work from CAD, BIM, SketchUp or PDF drawings, plus a finish schedule, references and the intended use. See files needed.

What formats do you deliver?

We deliver 4K, print and web formats. Tours are delivered as web links and embeds.

Can you deliver print-ready files for hoardings?

We render hoarding views at print size and deliver them print-ready.

Do you deliver the 3D model?

No. We do not hand over the 3D model. You receive the approved final output within the scope.

06FAQ

Rights and confidentiality

Can you sign an NDA?

Yes. We sign an NDA before drawings are shared.

Who owns the renders?

Usage rights on delivery are shared by both parties. You may use the final output delivered within the approved scope for your own business and marketing, and we may show the work in its portfolio and on its channels.

Do you show client work in your portfolio?

We show client names and work only with permission. NDA work can be published anonymised, or not at all.

Do you offer white-label delivery?

Yes. We offer white-label delivery for agencies and architects. See marketing agencies.

07FAQ

Working remotely

Do you work with clients across India and abroad?

Yes. We deliver renders, film and rendered tours remotely across India and abroad. See locations.

How are reviews done remotely?

We share each stage as an online link for comments and run calls when needed.

Do you travel for shoots?

Yes. We travel across India for 360° photography and drone shoots. See 360° photography and drone.

08FAQ

Choosing a service

How do I know which service I need?

We recommend starting from the decision your project must win next, such as an approval, a launch or a leasing campaign. Send drawings and a short brief, and the reply says which services are worth adding now.

What is the difference between a rendered tour and a photographed tour?

A rendered tour from us shows a space that is not built yet, made from drawings. A photographed tour shows a space that exists, captured on site. Both can be joined in one tour when a project has built and unbuilt areas. See rendered tours and 360° photography.

Do I need a film as well as renders?

Not always. Stills suit hoardings, brochures and approvals, while a film tells a story for launches and ads. We build both from one model, so you can start with stills and add a film later without rebuilding. See walkthrough animation.

Can you work on products as well as buildings?

We render architectural and interior products such as surfaces, panels, ceilings, partitions, doors, windows and furniture, shown installed in rooms. Consumer goods, packaging and vehicles are not in scope. See product rendering.

09FAQ

Reviews, changes and updates

How are reviews organised?

We share each stage as an online link: camera views, then a white model, then first colour renders. Your team sends one consolidated round of notes per stage, and we run a call when it helps. Two revision rounds are included.

What if the design changes during the project?

Small changes are made to the model and the affected views are refreshed. A major modeling change or a complete rework of materials after approval counts as a scope change, and we quote it before starting.

Can I add services after the project has started?

Yes. Because we keep one model per project, a film, tour or floor plan can be added later without rebuilding. The additional scope is quoted and scheduled alongside the existing work.

What do I do if I am not happy with a render?

Tell us at the review stage, with specific notes on what to change. We work in stages so most changes happen early, and feedback is consolidated per round. Two revision rounds are included in the project.

10FAQ

Immersive and interactive work

What is the difference between immersive and interactive?

At our studio, immersive describes experiences that place the viewer inside a space, such as a rendered tour, a VR walkthrough or a film. Interactive describes experiences where the viewer controls what happens, such as clicking a room on a floor plan. See immersive experiences.

What is RealtyXperience?

RealtyXperience is the set of platforms we have built for real estate sales: ImmersiView, SceneAI, Real360, SnapAR and HorizonCGI. They are sold by demo and described on the RealtyXperience pages.

Do buyers need an app or a headset?

No. Rendered tours and interactive plans from us open in a web browser on phones and laptops. A headset gives a stronger sense of scale, but it is optional.

11FAQ

Quality and accuracy

How do you keep renders accurate to the drawings?

We build models from your drawings and check levels, heights and openings between plans, sections and elevations before modelling. Where sheets disagree, we ask which governs, and finishes come from your schedule, not from lookalike substitutes.

What makes a render look photoreal?

Photoreal renders come from believable light, accurate materials at the right scale, correct reflections and a composition that supports the subject. We check these on every set before it is shared, so images read as real places.

Can you match a competitor or reference image?

We can follow the mood, light and composition of a reference, but do not copy another studio’s work. We use references to understand the feel you want and then compose views for your project.

Can you change a render after I have approved it?

We can make changes after approval. Small changes are made to the model and the affected views are refreshed. A major modeling change or a complete rework of materials and textures after approval counts as a scope change, and we quote it before starting.

How do I know a render matches the drawings?

We share camera views and a white model before any colour work, so you can check heights, openings and proportions against your drawings while changes are still cheap. Finishes are then applied from your schedule and reviewed in the first colour renders.

Do you show people and cars in renders?

Yes, when the brief calls for it. We use people and vehicles sparingly, in proportion and in positions that suit the use, and the camera list records whether to include them.

12FAQ

Timelines and scheduling

What decides how long a project takes?

The number of views, the level of detail, the length of any film and how quickly feedback comes back all affect timeline. We state the timeline in the quote for your scope, with stage dates.

Can you work to a launch date?

We plan backwards from your launch date and share a stage-by-stage schedule in the quote. If a date is fixed, tell us at the start so the scope and review dates are planned around it.

What if my feedback is late?

Stage dates in the schedule depend on feedback being returned on time. We tell you early if late feedback puts the launch date at risk, and agree with you what to prioritise.

Do you work on weekends or public holidays?

We plan schedules around your dates and agree review and delivery days in the quote. If a launch falls on a tight date, tell us at the start so review days and delivery are planned around it and not squeezed at the end.

Can you start before all drawings are final?

We can start with the parts of a design that are settled, such as the facade or key interiors, and leave open areas simple until they are decided. This keeps the project moving without rendering design that is still likely to change.

Can you speed up a project?

Where a date is fixed, we discuss what can be prioritised, such as starting with the hero views and adding others later. A shorter timeline is agreed in writing before work starts.
