In short
Hotels sell rooms, events and memberships to very different buyers. Hotel renders and virtual tour content from us are planned around each: guests want rooms, planners want halls and lawns, investors want the whole property.

Hotels sell rooms, events and memberships to very different buyers. Hotel renders and virtual tour content from us are planned around each: guests want rooms, planners want halls and lawns, investors want the whole property.
The timing problem is that a hotel has to start selling long before it opens, and has to keep its imagery current after it does. Rendered visuals cover the first, photographed 360° tours cover the second, and both can sit side by side on the same website.

A new hotel or resort starts taking enquiries during construction: wedding planners asking about the lawn, corporates asking about the ballroom, investors and franchise partners asking what the property will feel like. Without photography, these conversations rely on drawings.
We render the property from your architect’s and interior designer’s drawings. A hero exterior and arrival, a sample room in each category, the lobby, the restaurant and the banquet hall give your sales team a complete set. A walkthrough film pulls them into one story for investors, and a rendered 360° tour lets a planner stand in the hall and judge capacity.
These pre-opening hotel visuals are also what your booking site, your OTA listings and your launch campaign use until photography is possible.
03After openingImmersive hotel virtual tours once the property is live
Once the hotel is open, guests want proof.
Once the hotel is open, guests want proof. An interactive 360° tour of each room category, the pool, the restaurant and the banquet hall lets a guest or event planner look around before booking, which shortens the distance between a website visit and an enquiry.
We photograph the property on site across India and deliver tours with hotspots for room details, amenities and booking links. Drone aerials show the property’s setting, the beach, hills or city edge, and its scale. Tours can be embedded on your website, linked from booking pages and shared in sales proposals.

05PlanningHow to plan hotel and resort marketing content in phases
Hotel content works best when it is planned in the order the property is sold.
Hotel content works best when it is planned in the order the property is sold. In the first phase, before the hotel exists, the buyers are owners, operators, brands and investors, and the content is architectural: exteriors, arrival, a sample room and the main public spaces. In the second phase, as opening approaches, the buyers are wedding planners, corporate bookers and early guests, and the content turns to rooms, F&B and event spaces. After opening, guests and OTAs matter, and the content becomes photographed tours and seasonal updates.
Planning in phases avoids paying for the same work twice. The renders used to pre-sell banquets also brief the photographer later, and the camera positions used for the opening tours can be matched to the original renders so the website shows a consistent property.

07EventsSelling events and weddings with renders and tours
Events are often the highest-value booking at a hotel or resort, and the hardest to sell remotely.
Events are often the highest-value booking at a hotel or resort, and the hardest to sell remotely. A planner needs to know how many guests the hall seats, where the stage goes, how guests enter and where the lawn sits against the sunset. Without a site visit, those questions become a series of phone calls.
A rendered or photographed tour of the hall and lawn answers most of them before the first call. Layout renders show the same hall set for different formats, and an aerial shows how the venue relates to parking, rooms and the pool. Planners who have already seen the venue arrive for the site visit with shorter, more specific questions.
08Brand and groupsVisuals for hotel groups, brands and multi-property portfolios
A group with several properties needs consistency more than anything.
A group with several properties needs consistency more than anything. Camera height, lighting mood and the order of spaces should be the same across properties, so guests and corporates can compare them. We build a shot list once for the group and apply it to each property, whether the property is a render, a photographed tour or both.
For new brands entering India, a pre-opening render set and a walkthrough film are often the first assets a franchise partner or investor sees, and they set the tone for everything that follows.

02AvoidCommon gaps in hotel visual content, and how to close them
Hotels commonly have two gaps.
Hotels commonly have two gaps. Before opening, there are drawings and no images the sales team can send. After opening, there are photographs of rooms and nothing for banquets, lawns and the property as a whole. Both gaps cost enquiries, since planners and corporates decide on the venue first and the rooms second.
Closing them is a matter of ordering. Make the banquet and lawn render the first priority before opening, then the rooms, then the lobby. After opening, shoot the banquet and lawn first as 360° tours, add rooms by category, and finish with the drone aerial. Keep the camera positions of the render set so the website reads as one property rather than a collage.
03FAQ
Questions from hotels and resorts
What should a hotel produce before opening?
360 Space recommends exterior and arrival renders for investors, room and F&B renders for the booking site, and banquet views for event pre-sales before a hotel opens.
Do 360 tours help direct bookings?
360 tours let guests and planners see rooms and halls before booking, which answers the questions that otherwise go to an OTA or a phone call. 360 Space embeds tours on your own booking pages so the decision stays on your site.
Can you film F&B and events spaces?
Yes. We capture restaurants, bars, banquet halls and lawns as 360° tours and render them before opening.
What is the difference between pre-opening renders and post-opening tours?
Pre-opening renders are made from drawings, so a hotel can sell before it is built. Post-opening tours are photographed at the finished property. 360 Space does both, and the two sets can sit together on the same website.
Can you show different banquet layouts in a tour?
Yes. We can render the same hall in several set-ups, such as dinner, theatre and cocktail, so planners judge capacity and flow from the images.
Do you shoot hotels and resorts across India?
Yes. We shoot 360° tours and drone footage on site across India, and deliver renders and rendered tours remotely for projects anywhere in India and abroad.
