Interactive property viewer
A web experience for one project, combining tower views, unit plans and rendered rooms in one place.

Immersive and interactive
360 Space builds immersive experiences for real estate and interactive 3D experiences for architectural brands: interactive property viewers, 360° tours, VR, interactive floor plans and material colourway galleries, each built per project. Every demo below loads on tap, so you can try it now.
02Experience menu
Live tours from our projects. Each one opens on tap.
An interactive property viewer: location, 3D view, plans, tour and CGI in one link. See ImmersiView.
Owned by 360° rendered virtual tours.
Shot on site: 360° tour photography.
Opens in a phone browser and in a VR headset. More tours are on our projects.

04RealtyXperience
Individual experiences are built per project, and this page covers all of them. When a developer wants a packaged version, with renders, tours, plans and enquiry actions ready to run in one place, RealtyXperience is the platform tier of these same experiences: five products that launch faster than a custom build.
Read the strategy behind it in immersive real estate marketing.
05Why immersive
Buying a home or a unit off plan asks people to commit to something they cannot yet see. Immersive real estate experiences narrow that gap.
06Why immersive, continued
A buyer who can walk through a rendered flat, change the time of day, open the floor plan and look at the view from their own floor makes the decision with far more confidence than one looking at a brochure.
07Experience types
Each experience answers a different sales need. Most projects combine two or three.
01Chapter 1 of 4

A web experience for one project, combining tower views, unit plans and rendered rooms in one place.
02Chapter 2 of 4

Self-guided tours of unbuilt units and amenities, linked by hotspots.
03Chapter 3 of 4

Clickable plans that open rendered rooms and unit details.
04Chapter 4 of 4

Headset experiences for site offices and events, with true scale.
08Custom builds
A custom experience is built for a single project from its own model and content. We plan the structure with your sales team: what buyers ask first, what they need to compare, what must stay available offline in a site office and what needs to work on a phone. The experience is then designed to answer those questions in the fewest taps.
09Devices
The same content can be delivered in several ways. We plan the delivery for your sales setting.
| Place | Device | What it suits |
|---|---|---|
| Project website | Any browser | Remote buyers researching online |
| Messaging link | Phone | Brokers and channel partners sharing a unit |
| Site office or sales gallery | Tablet, touch screen or large display | Guided sales conversations |
| Expo stall | Large screen or headset | Attracting and engaging visitors |
| Investor meeting | Laptop and screen | Showing scale and quality quickly |
10Before you brief
These questions help us recommend the right experience and avoid building more than you need.
11Terms and tools
A web 3D experience opens in a browser with nothing to install. We build interactive 3D spaces that buyers can click through, and an interactive sales gallery that sales teams can run on a touch screen in the site office.
Teams sometimes ask for a digital twin for real estate. What we build is a visual 3D replica of a project for selling, such as a property viewer or tour, and not a live building-data model. The same applies to a real estate visualization tool: the work is bespoke per project.
For brands, an immersive product showcase can show a material or furniture range in room scenes and a colourway gallery. Sales teams that want a VR AR visualization tool for real estate usually combine VR walkthroughs for the site office with SnapAR for print.
12FAQ
An immersive real estate experience lets buyers explore an unbuilt project instead of only looking at images: walking through rooms in a 360° tour, standing in a flat in VR, or seeing the building in AR. 360 Space builds these from the project 3D model.
360 Space builds interactive 360° tours, VR walkthroughs, AR experiences that open from a phone, and interactive property viewers that combine a map, a 3D view and the unit plans. Each is built from the same project model as your renders, so every asset matches.
An interactive property viewer from 360 Space is one web page where buyers switch between the project location on a map, a 3D view, floor plans, unit plans, a virtual tour and CGI views. It is built per project and opens in a phone browser.
No. The property viewers, 360° tours, interactive floor plans and WebAR experiences from us open in a phone browser. A headset is only needed for the VR mode.
Partly. Existing stills can feed SceneAI motion clips and ImmersiView. 360° tours and VR need the 3D model, which 360 Space can build from your drawings or reuse if we made your renders.
Immersive experiences give sales teams one link or screen that answers layout, finish and view questions, helps remote buyers decide before a visit and makes site-office demos more memorable.
360 Space builds interactive property viewers, interactive 360° tours with hotspots, interactive floor plans linked to 360 views, WebAR models, VR walkthroughs, material colourway galleries and combined platforms through RealtyXperience. A configurator is not offered.
At our studio, immersive describes experiences that place the viewer inside a space, such as a rendered 360° tour, VR walkthrough or film. Interactive describes experiences where the viewer controls what happens, such as clicking a room on a floor plan or switching between units.
For many remote and overseas buyers, a rendered tour or interactive viewer from 360 Space works as the first visit. It does not replace the final decision to see a home in person, but it helps buyers shortlist units and arrive at the site ready to buy.
A custom interactive experience from 360 Space is built for one project with a structure designed around its sales questions. RealtyXperience is a set of packaged platforms with their own modules, suited to teams that want a proven tool quickly. Both can use the same renders and tours.
360 Space builds experiences from a model and content set that is kept, so design changes, new units or updated finishes can be applied and re-delivered. The link buyers already have continues to work, so brokers do not need to resend anything.
It is worth building when buyers need to find units, compare types or see rooms before deciding. 360 Space asks which buyer questions the experience must answer and recommends a simpler format, such as stills or a film, if that is enough.
