Using this website
Content on this site is provided for information. Images and films remain the property of 360 Space or its clients.
Projects
Each project is governed by its approved quote and scope.
- Revision rounds included: 2, each on consolidated feedback
- What counts as a scope change: major modeling changes, or a complete rework of materials and textures, after approval. 360 Space quotes scope changes before starting them.
- Usage rights on delivery: you may use the final output delivered within the approved scope for your own business and marketing. Source files and working files are not included. 360 Space may show the work in its portfolio and on its channels.
Liability
360 Space delivers work to the approved scope and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the drawings, references and materials they supply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
