What to send
A portfolio link or a short set of files is enough. Tell us which pieces you made alone and which were team work, what the visual was for and what you would change if you did it again. We read that part first.
How we work with people
Projects run in stages with sign-offs, so people know what is expected at each step and when it is due. Feedback is consolidated per round, and the habit of asking what a visual is for shapes how we brief each other as much as how we brief clients. If you prefer remote work, say so in your note.
